Do you need a drive-thru? Look at my parking lot at 3245 SW Topeka Boulevard. We can design a building with drive-thru windows on both sides of the building to double the capacity of the drive-thru experience. We have good neighbors too.
The gordmans building is being converted to 911 Storage climate-controlled parking for RV's, Campers, Boats, and other vehicles.
